SPARK Organizing Solutions, LLC follows a professional Code of Ethics guided by the American Society of Professional Organizers (ASPO). SPARK is insured and maintains accreditation with the Better Business Bureau.

SPARK Organizing Solutions, LLC treats all client information with care, discretion, and respect. What you share — verbally or visually — remains confidential. Our work is grounded in dignity, trust, and compassion.
Your Complimentary Consultation
Your initial consult is free and includes:
A brief introductory phone call
Up to one (1) hour on-site at your home or business
This time is meant to feel relaxed and supportive. We’ll talk through what’s working, what feels overwhelming, and what your goals are. A short walk-through helps identify priorities and create a personalized plan — at your pace.
Sessions, Packages & Scheduling
SPARK offers customized support based on your needs, energy level, and budget.
Sessions may be booked individually or in packages.
Scheduling notes:
Sessions are typically 2–4 hour blocks (flexibility may be available when possible)
Scheduling is first-come, first-served based on availability
Specific days cannot be guaranteed
Because availability fills quickly, booking in advance is encouraged
Our goal is to build a rhythm that works for you.
Education & Ongoing Support
Organizing is a learning process — and support includes more than “sorting.”
Time spent talking things through (problem-solving, building systems, offering guidance, and planning) is a meaningful part of the work and is included as billable time during scheduled sessions or packages.
Breaks, Food & Comfort
Clients are never expected to provide food or beverages.
For longer sessions, short breaks (typically 15–30 minutes) may be taken as needed and are generally absorbed into session time unless discussed ahead of time.
Payment
Payment is due:
Same day for individual sessions, or
Upon completion of a selected package
Payments may be made up to one month in advance.
To keep scheduling fair for all clients, additional sessions may be paused until current balances are settled.

Cash
Check (no processing fee)
Credit card
Venmo
A 3.5% processing fee is included in invoiced rates for card payments. Receipts are available upon request.
Supplies & Recommendations
SPARK believes in working with what you already have whenever possible. Repurposing or rehoming items is often part of the process and does not add to the session cost.
If additional products or tools are recommended, it will always be discussed ahead of time — no surprises and no hidden fees.
Donations
As a courtesy, SPARK is happy to transport donation items to your preferred charity at no additional cost.
Item valuation and donation documentation are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens.
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty at this time, unless cancellations become frequent. Open communication is always appreciated.
Referral Thank-You
Referrals mean a lot — thank you for sharing SPARK with others.
Clients who refer friends or family receive one (1) complimentary hour off their next package.
Referred clients simply need to mention your name when booking.
Professional Referrals
When helpful, SPARK may suggest products, services, or trusted professionals.
While recommendations are made thoughtfully, SPARK cannot assume responsibility for third-party products or services.
